If upper leadership doesn’t stop fixing the numbers for their favorites we will continue to see turnover and people leaving. The data is a joke here and zero transparency is unacceptable.

It’s called the FFE, analytics, and RD all know who they want to win here. I’ve been here since the beginning and I’ve seen it and watched how some get data removed and others don’t. Complete joke so numbers are not accurate most of the time. Not sure how they can fix the numbers? Goals?
Yes mine does alsoTired of my manager working with me every month! WTF! Do all managers do this????
It’s really crazy!! I’ve been a top performer and leader at every company and now I have a monthly ride session like I’m in primary care!Yes mine does also
Oh Ms. Prima Donna….don't get your grannie panties all in a tizzy. You’re just not as good as you think or this really wouldn’t bother you. It’s really crazy!! I’ve been a top performer and leader at every company and now I have a monthly ride session like I’m in primary care!
That tells me that you really aren’t all that and a bag of cats the way you think you are, or, your manager feels sorry for you and wants to spend time with you so you don’t become lonely. It’s really crazy!! If you actually worked here you could answer that yourself. If your a troll, keep searchingWTF has happend to Regeneron's stock? Why has it been falling like black cats causing bad luck on the devil?
Ok, Einstein... you caught me, I'm a troll. You are clearly one of the idiots who snuck past HR on your way in....If you actually worked here you could answer that yourself. If your a troll, keep searching
It is still the cash cow. The price has been overinflated for years and now the big institutional investors are taking profits. It will rebound eventually based on the success of dupiOk, Einstein... you caught me, I'm a troll. You are clearly one of the idiots who snuck past HR on your way in....
I should have clarified my question. We know the problems we'ree having with Eylea HD conversion and we know that biosimilars starting to eat up the market we built.... but come on man! Stock is down $400 in less than 3 months... is it all Eylea? Where is this company heading?
Wow, someone pays attention... the only reason it's the "cash cow" is because Regeneron reports most of the revenues on Eylea (should be 100% of US and then Bayer pays royalites back to us for international). On dupi, we report profits, whereas Sanofi records revenue. It's a bit complicated but let just say our valuation is already capturing what Dupi is doing for us with something baked in on forward looking growth. In other words, Dupi might all be baked in, lest we overperform with big beats on new launches, and start converting Eylea to HD scripts. We used to get a signal that the oncology pipeline was partly baked in. Based on messaging seems Regeneron management wants the street to feel there is some magic coming in the future. Wall Street's response? You haven't proven anything yet.... And let's face it.. we must have really low performers seling Libtayo - the street expected a lot more than what that team has delivered....It is still the cash cow.
