How long until the company puts non performing RSDs on performance plans? Are they allowed to put everything on all their reps or does the company finally look at the RSD? No growth ever, time to look at the RSD and stop blaming the reps. Manger should have some responsibility at some point.
I heard of a manager that has had 5 reps in one territory in less then 3 years and she is still eating at the table. Reps get blamed first as always, easier to blame a rep rather than a manager.
