Who has /had the worst manager

You furlough knowledgeable staff and keep managers/Directors and VPs to play on their computers all day? Make this make sense BioTel...we are the laughing.. well been the laughing jack assess for two years straight. Oh, Joe, you didn’t know that’s what your managers were doing? Here’s an idea: have all employs write down 20 things that they work on daily. Maybe that’s difficult how about 10? 3? Start with your awesome and incompetent HR department and role it to Recruiters and hit all the departments with10 less employees first smh. Hopefully this won’t get ignored but I’ve seen some things change since the true dirty laundry was posted here.
 






BioTel has become a very poor service company especially from the inside. The culture is completely sideways. There is no cohesiveness. You cannot get a correct answer to any issue. Everybody says, "I don't know it's not my job". Nothing goes smoothly.

Extremely frustrating and they bury the salespeople in computer work and projections to serve their Wall Street Money Changers.


This has become a very disgusting place. Have any Recruiters been furloughed? If we are talking about saving money.

You are correct! The dirty laundry is coming out and some changes were finally made in HR thank God. But Liar Liar pants on fire Tim Raher, Disrespectful Dave and Attitude Amy need to be removed for some real change in the right direction. These people are so egotistical and lack human compassion. Ask your leaders and Managers do they feel supported by these individuals. And Tim your little secret will soon come to the light. Only a matter of time that your lying will catch you up. To those on Furlough start looking for a better job where you will be treated like an Asset. This place Sucks!

Does it matter if I know him? The numbers tell the story. Last place every month since he started, zero growth, and high turn over. Last I saw he was at the bottom of most categories. What does that tell you? Good man with issues? If he was a rep he would have been fired long ago.
 






As a former employee (smart for leaving) I still maintain contact with the Cardiologists I called on for many years. With that said, the question always comes up regarding their current service. Without hesitation, not only do the Rn's chime in but the physicians cant stand this company. Funny how I hear the same things mentioned (report delays, monitor delays, system down etc). Wake up people, as long as this current management team stays in tact, you will endure the same bullshit along with the negligence from your RSD's. These puppets will continue to take their marching orders from the Ivory Tower but once this COVID bullshit ends, I strongly believe so many of your current accounts will bounce. The time is now for changing ships as the current crew is only going to sink your ass in shallow waters.

So I'm guessing you were one of those once effective reps who turned sloppy and became entitled, ended up on a plan, left and then violated your non compete and are now angry because the company you like to bad mouth is still kicking your azz. We should talk through this over a whiskey as it seems like you have separation anxiety
