Who are the good sales directors at Lilly?

Tom C. will once again be on top of the sales results standings. He has had to rid his area of too many mediocre manageres and reps that he inherited from Greg James, Beth Sexton and Christy Hill.

Grag James has made numerous poor decisions on hiring sales managers in his area. A.J., Brad, Carlos, Walt, others - all losers who were demoted or driven from the company by sales directors who followed who had bigger balls and a lot better judgement than Greg. This guy is weak, very weak!

LOL Brad....don't forget Sonya.

Oh yeah she's the very best for the minority....but who at Lilly isn't these days.

C.A. is soooo awesome! She breast feeds every morning while running on the treadmill for an hour. Its all about work life balance and making things happen! Just think of how much blue eye shadow she can buy when she gets promoted to Grady's job.

GJ in KC is worthless. Talk about a robot. The best thing Lilly could do is offer him his retirement package immediately. He will never be a good leader because his troops have no idea how he feels about any of them. Therefore no one can trust him. Good thing he can just sit high on his hill in KC and "prepare" for the next district meeting where you can't ask him any questions that may challange him or anything about Lilly. By the way, he hires "losers" because they will never step up to him and he can continue to walk on his subordinates and the managers that could won't because they are to close to retirement to mess anything up.

Frankie Jefferson has got to be the dumbest example of a sales director I have seen in my 20 years at Lilly. I heard he even had to do a special stint as a sales supervisor because he couldn't get promoted from his associate job. With idiots like him, no wonder Lilly stock is in the crapper. Will Noesges do anything about the mediocrity that exists as sales directors in the Diabetes Division.

Donna Hopf in Diabetes. This woman is so incompetent it is scary. She slept with Raphael F. a few years ago to get her job.
Doesn't have the brain power that you would expect of cafeteria help!

Darren Washington wins the prize for best sales director as long as you count only one vote and it happens to be his. Has anyone ever met someone any more stuck on himself than Darren? The guy has absolutely no EQ or people skills of any kind!

You are absolutely correct! He has the typical management mindset at Lilly. If you can't promote him he will not spend anytime wasting time with you. This is a common mindset at Lilly that all management needs to change

I can say I never experienced that with her. Always liked her and thought she was pretty upfront and honest. Supported her people who supported her. It's a two way street. Anyways, is she still with Lilly? If so, what role? Just curious.
