Who are the good sales directors at Lilly?

It has ben far too long since Lilly used performance and competency as a gauge for promotability. The diversity gods are having a field day at this sorry excuse for a pharma company.
HK a sales director? Surely you are kidding me!

There are no good Directors at Lilly. Only those without the foresight to leave before the place implodes. Those left behind kick themselves privately and are jealous of people who were smart enough to see the writing on the wall.

Not quite true. Some are so close to retirement they're fine having less than 5 more years in a less salaried, less stress positions.

Jim is awesome..works hard...builds morale...and makes all levels of his people feel good in the West...we are very lucky!

he is one the worst directors and managers that I’ve ever worked for. I’ve never met someone so fixated on the past and how things “used” to be done. He has no respect from his peers and just surrounds himself with like mined cronies. Vomit
