WHC reorganization is here!





















Yes!!! Ask your HR business person for your other options.
Not only did I request one but had a 20 meeting meeting with HR. Not only was I ignored, they told me outright that it was NOT an option. Do not request this. They offer the packages to only those they expect will not accept it. Fact. So now they have me. And they are stuck.
 
















Not so thrilled to be left in whc. There are too many managers and upper level reps. Sams, BDLs, rep, manager, lions, tigers and bears? So many people now trying to send emails to customers or in charge of an account, sure this will work well.
 




More drama....the cat is staking out its territory and pissing all over the place. SAMs don’t call on my customers. Find your own customers. Find your value with the c-suite. Earn your upgraded salary and stay the F out of my way.
Next year.... you’ll be gone!
 












The amount of work that needs to get done on a daily basis will be impossible., Forget the selling! I’ll be servicing! No time to sell squat! . I will not be calling on accounts with less than 100 units no matter what we can throw at them. I won’t have time for them virtually or in person.

I’m in save my business mode, not grow my business mode.

Maybe cutting so many reps wasn't a good idea? Maybe some reps shouldn't have been saying how great virtual was all year?...now leadership thinks it works

Home office has a plan to have a virtual rep or a misc to call on accounts that are less than 100 units a year. You will not have to worry about them. They don’t even want you driving all over these large territories. Think smarter people
 












Be advised. Women’s health was once a 400 rep division and we are now exceptionally top heavy with all of the management positions with just a bit over 120. Dare someone to ask about that on the next culture club call. Dare someone to ask who is really in charge of business growth in priory accounts. I see a pointing of fingers and passing the buck scenario coming on.
