Maybe it will be someone who would see what an over complicated sales division Cv has been able to create. Too many people in boss like positions, sams, bdls, managers, total cat fight in my area so our bdls makes sure everyone knows what they are doing. This is an email, virtual nightmare.

You must suffer from dementia or are a new employee....OR you have been over-looked for promotions. This is the best group of ABD's we have had since before Stelzmiller came here and ruined the whole division. I have been here a long time and have seen some crappy leaders. This group of ABD's and Chelsea have done a great job making sure we have been taken care of during the past year. Quit your whining.....or leave. But I doubt someone like you would be happy anywhere.

Our team of CSSs are miserable. This alignment and workload is unsustainable.
They cut it too short and selected SAMs that are creating more problems on top of the BDLs and RBMs.

BTW I have several friends and family in the industry working for other pharmaceutical companies. Bayer did the same taking care of their employees as them. The optics would have been bad to let people go until you did. It’s called PR.

Small companies cut, but mid to large did the same as Bayer and told to stay home, pay target bonus, use the PRD (red green yellow), etc...

Not a puppet or an ABD, just not a whiney-ass free-loader. I speak up non-stop and they have listened on many occasions. I guess you were not on the call the other day when they said you work the territory how it makes the most sense. I am no fool. I know Bayer does not care about me as an individual but if you think you can find another job with the flexibility, ability to easily make over 200k and run your territory from home, go get it. Or just quit and let Biden support your ass.

How legit or likely is this? When has Bayer been quick to admit they made a mistake? Everyone that continues to tell Chelsea her vision with the sams was the right one, contributed to the problem. Layers of sales people calling on organizations is a waste of resources on many layers. As a whole, the customers want face to face interactions. This virtual model is not the way to move business. All reps know this, all offices are allowing people in and we are way behind the competition. Total cluster

everyone who is anyone know this will absolutely not happen. WHC will stand behind this debacle of an arrangement. Cv’s move with more upper level positions has to succeed. Cv does not admit mistakes and her area managers know they have to keep their mouth shut.
 












So Nelson took a lateral position, Wonder if he will find out they have taken 50k away from his salary? Wait. That won’t sting for him even if they did bc he makes so much money.
