Funny but true. The AGM's are currently demonstrating how little they know about our business, yet they were placed to lead areas and produce results. They haven't got a fucking clue with the exception of the two RBMs who were promoted. They will be of little to no help to us in the field and we will be training them for the next year. AGMs will live off the backs of those of us in the field, and it's really not funny. This is a shit show and everyone knows it. You would be an idiot to not see it. So the ra ra shit can go. The be lucky you have a job shit can go. And the be positive and have the right attitude shit can go. Plenty of folks got screwed last month and the rest of us will get screwed soon. And for all those that were let go that towed the company line, and kissed ass to get where you were, you look really stupid now.Funny stuff!

One thing is clear, these AGMs will have no real power, Bayer has no appetite for HR lawsuits and they have opened themselves up for several on several levels. AGMs will be what Bill wants, facilitators, but their heads will be the first to roll if numbers aren't met. That is the essence of their role, results. If their teams turn their back on them for micromanagement as discussed above, they won't make their numbers, and they won't last long after.They trimmed the fat, but left the same grissle expecting things to taste better. At the end of the day, the crew that is now supposed to lead this team is still the same bunch of ass kissing, back stabbing,self promoters that caused a lot of the failure of this franchise. Now they have new titles but still the same mindset and useless ideas they've always had. Wait till Q1 doesn't meet expectations, and then the number of calls per day will increase, the amount of spreadsheets documenting activity will increase, zoom calls with success stories will increase,.....and eye rolling from the field will increase.

Ok, try us! You are one of the ones who make it hard on the good reps and managers. You sound privileged! You are stealing from those who actually want and need jobs! Do your manager a favor, quit! I call BS, they played the system well by kissing ass for a long time. Doesn't make them smarter than anyone on here or in the field. Some of us just do our jobs and keep our mouths shut. We have all watched the last 5 years and this whole thing fall apart because of arrogance and belief they knew it all. Look at what that got us. Now, those very same people kept their jobs. Yes, there is resentment and its justified. Personal attacks are not just to be sure we are on the same page.Jesus, are you a bunch of 10 year olds on here? I’ve sat back and watched some of you keyboard idiots make personal attacks on the VP’s ABD’s, etc and it is pure jealousy. I have been here a long time and have worked for many of these guys and they are all good people. It’s your own fault if you were passed over for a promotion when competing with any of them. Hell, we know the one person on here that used to report to Katie when she was an RBM is the one that posts all the negative crap about Katie but then acts like she is her BFF. Cut the crap, cut the phoniness and leave if you don’t like it. The people laughing about these guys taking a “demotion”——but did they really? It’s a different ball game. You evolve with the changes or you leave for greener pastures—-it is that easy. Your Grandma should have paddled your ass more. Just remember , if you were such an impressive employee and had been promoted, everyone would be attacking you right now also. Jealousy- - -gets you every time.

You have just proved the point that was made by original poster. You have obviously become a professional ass kisser and use that as a benchmark for success. Sales is definitely NOT ass kissing or simply being nice. It is that exact attitude that has us locked out of offices nationwide, and have useless people internally wasting everyone's time. Who the fuck needs another cheery sales rep wasting peoples time? You have just validated your complete and utter failure as strategist and leader. You believe ass kissing is the way to the top and success, and it worked for you in 2005 so pat yourself on the back and now it's time to move on. Its 2024 for Christ's sake. If you have been in this business for this long, you should have already recognized that old wore out 2000's way of working doesn't work anymore.
