WHC reorganization is here!

Merry Christmas to all you backstabbing Squad Leaders! Hope your stockings are filled with coal, and you choke on your Christmas ham. You put a lot of people out of work and ruined their Christmas and their kids and families, hope you think about that on Christmas morning while you enjoy your day with your children and family. Hope you can live with yourselves.
No one gives a damn. Would you prefer to be laid off during the first week of January?
 




I love how this new model is supposed to be so cutting edge, but yet they put the same shitty management as their team leaders. They will continue to micromanage and do things as they always have(mainly because it's all they know). And Bayer will get the same results they have received since this management group has been in place. You could realign six times and if you put the same captains in charge of the ships, theyre still going to run a ground.

They have been given a chance to change or be “agile” and work in the new model. Many won’t like it and will eventually look for more traditional Pharma leader roles. The role of management is changing….not just at Bayer. It will be rough on everyone for awhile!

Spot on. When you look at all the new "Squad Leaders" they are almost all career pharma people. Matt, Ty, Jessica, Molly, Katie, Kenny, Craig, and Brian. Brian and Craig may have slight outside experience but even with that, they all played the pharma game enough to get in the spots they had prior to this role. They bring nothing to the table as far as the business goes, they have been behind their monitors for over 3 years now immersed in daily bullshit meetings. They will live off the backs of us in the field who have been carrying the weight for many years. Now that we know they will cut our throats in a second, it will be a toxic work culture.

Liletta has crushed us in years. Imagine any tool coming to their old company’s CP page, on Christmas Eve, to ruffle some feathers, probably suffers from insecurities of some type and can’t truly focus on moving on and being happy.

I think you meant to say Liletta has NOT crushed us. I mean, they no longer focus on WHC since they got rid of all their reps so they obviously were NOT crushing it.

Second time around for my manager, the last time they made you think they were your best friend, then when they moved to a new position, they acted like they didn't even know you. Fake as fu%$. You can try to guess which one I am talking about but the story fits just about all of them. Watch your back no matter which one you have.
