Who is the genius that decided to have us work on segmentation for 2024 when they have made it very clear we won’t be operating our division in 2024 like we do in 2023. Talk about a waste of time when we should be out getting sales instead of spending 2 days with this nonsense. Yes, 2 days because they have it all screwed up anyway and it takes that long to sort it out.
 


















I heard it’s going to be very bad. Told to post for positions outside of WHC.
This division is toast. We will be a fraction of what we are today with a leadership that has a primary care mentality

Surprise! No one will leave if they know they are getting a severance. I know 2 people working 2 jobs right now. I defend their decision to work 2 jobs with the way Bayer is treating us right now. “Go bust your ass to make Bill look good while we secretly plot your demise!” Karma will be waiting for these leaders at Heaven’s Gates. Even the ones that have “no control”. That’s BS. If you care for the people you have worked with for years you give them the inside scoop so they can prepare. Disgusting.
