These comments are so gutless. I have known Katie since she was a rep and she is genuine. Sure she has to make some tough decisions and we may not agree with them but I know she fights for the reps.Quit being a pussy by posting anonymous crap on Cafepharma. Whoever made the comment about “Chuckie” needs to do some deep soul searching. I have personally butted heads with that red head but she was fair and she goes to bat for her people. Just quit being assholes. You obviously have been turned down for leadership roles and it is apparent why.
 


















There are plenty of individuals in leadership roles in this division that need to go. Many don’t work. They do the bare minimum and that is being generous. Baffling how some were promoted to said leadership roles when their peers were very aware they never left home as a rep or had a couple of side gigs.
 






It's not the individuals in WHC that are the problem, it's the system. Stefan said so recently, "for years we have measured success based on how many people report to you". The system is a relic from 80's and 90's. It takes solid, hardworking people and turns them into manipulating, ass kissing, yes men/women all in the name of moving up. We call it "people leaders", if you need that many levels of people leaders that we have, you are hiring the wrong people. All of the people named in this thread are actually good people, they have just been corrupted by the system they have attempted to advance in. We do so many things for job justification instead of good business. The entire BDL concept is an example of that. Pricing our products shouldn't be that hard. We only have 3.

Ask one of your neighbors or friends if they ever have ride-a-longs, they will look at you like you are an alien. Ask one of them the most important thing their leaders need to have, and they will tell you expertise in the business they are in. The system is broken and has been for decades. I welcome Bill's transition and unless you are a lazy, leach off the system, career pharma person, you should too. All the people who treat this as a part time job will go, and the rest of us can actually get something done.

This above comment is 100% spot on! Bill has defined it as “radical transformation”. It’s so different, you won’t be able to wrap your brain around the concepts being presented in Q1 2024!

That’s hilarious. Not sure ‘jealous’ is the right word there buddy. If you mean old dude trying to pretend his a bachelor then maybe you’re making a point however since he spends more time on his self care than actually working maybe that’s why you feel that way.

If he spent more time doing the basic job requirements vs. sitting in his sky high bar then maybe others wouldn’t feel this way. He doesn’t ride with anyone on his team , treats his colleagues like shit, barely shows face on calls, has no self awareness when he rambles on and on about nothing often talking in circles, yet whines like a little baby when he’s passed up for a AD job.
 












My prediction is that this team is going down 35-40%. Buckle up!!!!

Small front-line teams consisting of 10-12 people scattered across the nation, instead of one big national sales team. No bosses, just coaches who work in tandem with everyone and coach from behind. You see, over there everyone works together to drive business toward a company mission. All future performance reviews are peer to peer (not a boss) which goes along with Bill’s comment - “you can fool your boss, but not your peers”. No more sales reps who own accounts and no sales bonus. Customer facing “reps” share in responsibility of all target accounts and cover huge geographies….heard enough already?!
