I wish Craig was my ABD. That’s all.
Do not cross her or she will spray you with her lemon mistSneaky bitch. People didn't want to cross her as an RBM and you definitely don't want to end up on her radar now.
Totally agree. Gaslighting. If you ask a question they don't like you are a malcontent and shitlisted. Ask the people who were just let go.Well that sure landed with a thud. "No questions are off limits" except questions about morale.
good she will clasp you with her plastic nailsShe’s a narcissist and will take down anyone who asks a question she feels is challenging or uncomfortable. That is exactly what a narcissist leader does…puts you in your place!

Pharma sales has been dead for years-it's not a career anymore, unless you want to continue to go through this nonsense... if you are 45 or younger find a new gig this ship and job has sunk...Pack your bags if you don't like it. That is the attitude of leadership right now. Let's face it, it's back to the big pharma game, scripts and call frequency. That is what you have to look forward to. The irony of this is that there is no way in hell they are going to get to their number without the older people who have been carrying the water for the organization for years. They will run those people off and then this group of leadership will be ushered out for their failure to hit that number. And of course they will blame the sales force.

The fine line is also between running a "business" and being "for her". We currently aren't doing either very well with plenty of evidence of that. Ralphie could care less about being for her, he just needs to make the numbers work and we talk a good game but fall far short of prioritizing the most in need.it doesn’t help when you have leadership that thinks it is OK to BUG offices every other day to hit a metric. We already walk a fine line of keeping access as much as possible but now they are back to inundating providers with emails of non-important stuff for their practice. At what point does it become harassment? It is our relationships keeping the sales where they are. The good news is we are only 4 months away from another Ralphie price increase.
