It’s a shit show is the best way to describe it. Incredible toxic and conniving leadership at all levels. This business unit isn't growing and it’s being described as a place to go and die in your career.
 
































What in God’s name was the point of that 90 minute North Area conf call today??? We are behind in numbers and you want us to PRIORITIZE our field activities but you made us spend the afternoon NOT selling but learning that someone has a spirit animal of a manatee???? That wasn’t team building. That wasn’t motivating. That was not productive. WHAT WAS THAT? It was the worst use of my time in my entire adult career is what it was. I am still dumbfounded.

I am sure all of the RBM’s are telling the ABD how wonderful it was. Quit lying. You are part of the problem by not speaking up. We need leaders that will speak up to help us remove obstacles in our path to sell more. That ABD does not have the trust of the field, including the RBM’s. No one wants to be in her crosshairs. In fact, if I was KS I would watch my back with her being the ABD.
