Run.......actually I would say come in with your eyes wide open. Know that there is a lot of discord in this division right now. If you are willing to take a chance, then go for it. If you value security and structure, then I would probably look elsewhere. The hiring manager is going to put a sales job on you if you are their prime candidate. People that are currently here are not very happy and not overly motivated to work for this current management team

Well you are right. They should have gotten rid of Molly, JB and Katie. Make Craig VP. Make Matt Jefferson ABD. Keep Kenny because he is just plain entertaining watching him schmooz his way. They need someone that is consistent in their business plan. This “throw mud on the wall” plan is a sign of weakness. They could have also removed Jessica and Brian and all BDL’s. If the RBM’s are not capable of handling their own contracting then they should not keep their job. This division has never been so weak in leadership. Strong leadership looks within and does not blame the minions. It’s only going to get worse for the field because they have us RBM’s reading the book about “having hard conversations” before our manager meeting in June!

Who was the blonde woman that threw in that kiss-ass comment about how this restructuring made so much sense and she was excited about the changes? Wasn’t too obvious!
 




















1. Good riddance JB! Well deserved for all of the times you discussed other reps and colleagues inappropriately! You are not a leader and never will be.
2. Bayer deserves the manager who is just like JB in female form except a bit more fake
3. Glenn and Laurie-you will be missed! You are both incredible people and will land on your feet.
