Once again, getting screwed in the ass with the Q2 bonus plan. Probably Ralph’s idea since he thinks he is a genius. Also, what is up with not getting paid Q1 bonus until almost July? Hey John (or should we say Jon because this behavior is reflective), how would you like it if we constantly screwed you over? Worst leadership I have seen in years here. They don’t know how to run a business. But hey, GO RED OR GO HOME!
 
















Next year when Bayer has their price increase they can kiss my ass when they tell me to go out and sell the hell out of the buy-in and THEN not give me credit for the numbers during the quarter which they are sold. My old company never pulled this shit. Is this normal? I heard many reps got screwed. I am too new here to know if this is normal. After seeing the new IC plan I see those units “in holding” or whatever it’s called will be worth much less in the 2nd Qtr than they were worth in 1st Qtr. Shitty people running this division. When I first started here I kept hearing how great the culture was. Not seeing it. I have 3 interviews set up in the next 2 weeks. I don’t want to work for a company that plays games with their employees lively hood. They should be ashamed. I don’t know one person NOT ONE that says they love working here. NOT ONE!!

More contempt from a RBM, Director, VP, or GM. This lack of leadership is what has got us where we are. Some reps have gotten lazy and you should have identified them and took care of that. Instead you view us all as lazy and treat us that way. And now you incentivized tanking it, being lazy, and saving up for next quarter. The culture here is as bad as it's been in many years. Our results demonstrate that. You so called leaders will get what you deserve. You can blame an incredibly successful salesforce all you want but until you look in the mirror, you won't find the problem.
