Can’t blame C for what is going on now. I saw an article in FiercePharma on Friday that Bayer announced they are deprioritizing women’s health. Let’s just go back to the early 1900’s for Christ sake. VERY disturbing news in light of what is happening in women’s health rights right now. Doctors AND Liletta will be all over this. Genius move Bayer, genius move. It makes me sick. If I hear one more “upper management” person say #wereforher……..

All women's rights are being attacked right now. Especially when men are winning women's awards and competing in women's sports.

The Area “Acceleration” calls this week. Thoughts? Are they panicking? I think they are. I am laughing that they are talking out of both sides of their mouths. One minute they are dictating who we need to call on and how often for the next 8 weeks. Then they are saying “But YOU are the ones with the field intelligence so you do you!” Then the old “Nexplanon is gaining market share!” Hello! We are being out-advertised!
 




Why is this acceleration only for 8 weeks? Shouldn't we be doing this for the entire quarter if this is going to make any difference? We are in full panic mode. We come in under budget after a Q1 buy in? I thought buy ins were to boost sales. Didn't happen, huh. Customers are done with yearly price increases. But don't worry, we now "seeing red", because in 20+ years people haven't figured out that Mirena improves bleeding.

Totally agree. We have also been out-advertised by the competition and out-smarted by a bunch of young ones on TikTok.
