WHC reorganization is here!

Let’s talk data. We have more data available to us now more than ever. However, data should not drive a decision without a human being involved. It is easy for HO to say “but the data says you need to do this.” Without the human connection to the territory and the intel on what really goes on in a territory, the data doesn’t tell us anything. They keep telling us that these are our territories to run but we know they aren’t because they think the data tells the whole story. I do feel like we are going backwards. I really thought with Katie and Kenny, having been reps for IUD’s in the past, would understand how the business has evolved. I am now convinced they don’t have the “guts” to tell whoever is running the show in NJ that they don’t know what they are doing. Too many “yes” men and women right now. Very disappointing.

Is it just Molly micromanaging or is this coming from Katie? Get out of our way and let us run our territories. We followed what you wanted us to do last year and look where it got us. Y’all are in over your heads.
 












We are never going to be able to run our territories again. That's the plan. They don't want to need us. They know they do, but they want to make it look like they don't. So, what are you going to do creepy people reading this board? If you cared, reps would still be here protecting market share. But you don't, and even the sacred cows in the PNW are getting poached by competitors. Reps don't care when there's no payout. They are happy to collect paychecks. Pathetic.
 






Of course they don't care about the sales force. When is the last time you heard anything positive said about a CSS on a national call? It's all about how the RAL walked on water, or the BDL signed a multi year contract. They don't acknowledge that the CSS is the one that got the BDL and RAL in the front door to meet with the customer. Our accounts don't trust these people, so the rep has to reassure the customer to take their call or acknowledge their email. Meanwhile, the CSS just keeps getting told that they can't sell or the contract is underperforming. Our marketing team bitches on calls about how many brochures we ask for in the field. Meanwhile Nexplanon materials are everywhere. We are too top heavy. We have a managers for managers, and zoom calls with 5 people when it should be one or two.

I give Sebastian 6 months to hand John his pink slip. John is the one that created this team of worthless wonders. There is no consistency in the message we get from leadership. “Go sell the hell out of the buy-in!” “Oh wait, we really don’t want you to sell a lot of IUD’s during buy-in because we will lose money!” “Sell Kyleena! No wait, sell Mirena for Moms like you did 20 years ago!” “Go after Liletta! No wait, target Nexplanon and OC’s.” “Be in the field 5 days a week and 8 calls a day to check a box instead of strategize, organize and run your territory like a true business because we have to show Germany how we can dictate to you.” No advertising, no leadership, no business sense, throwing crap ideas at the wall to see what sticks. It’s going to be a stellar year.
