It sure is lined up like a “restructuring” call. Call with the managers first then with the field. HR is apparently on the call. Last minute call on a Friday. Hope it is all a coincidence.

Like I said, there's no way we last long. All the good people left a long time ago. All of us left are just here because we are not willing to jump off the gravy train.
The RALS just won the lottery. They can get some FRM experience for their resume and blow this popsicle stand.
Most ridiculous move yet. So many upper paid positions? 3 per team? This does not move our business? The contracts are largely in place and have been. Reimbursement is established at this point. If there wasn’t enough for the FRMs to do anyway, what are these shenanigans? The managers should be back to doing all of this like it used to be. Dollars saved, more efficient, gives them something legit to do. How can this be a reasonable plan? Quit throwing and use some flipping common sense.
Constant stream of "save our jobs" who cares about our customers is old. Worse is the RBM's who are supposed to be taking care of their people and business but all they can do is take care of those chapped lips from kissing so much ABD ass. Sickening and worthless. Have some dignity.

Market Access has to make cuts who do they decide on the people supporting WHC 18 to 24 months before a launch. What does that tell you about the belief in WHC. Circus.
