It pays out a pink slip and another reorganization for the division. As we were always told that Mirena keeps the lights on, well those lights are slowly burning out. Kyleena doesnt have enough juice to power a flashlight.
 








CVR is looking better and better. New teams are great and people are excited and happy to be at Bayer. We will have very low quotas, most received raises, small territories and a first in class unlike an old product and no pipeline.
 








You sound bitter. I guarantee our raises made up for the bonus. Doesn’t sound like too many people are hitting 100%. We are enjoying the biggest launch in Bayer history snd will be successful. Enjoy selling a 20 year old product with no pipeline and micro managers. Our ream is also fantastic.
 




First in class?? Bahahaha not in the same class but have you heard of Farxiga or it’s CKD approval? Also This category of drugs is well proven in CKD, Hypertension, CHF etc but the question is why will someone prescribe Finerenone over the spironolactone or eplerenone (both generics).

Culture, products, people = highly dysfunctional, mean spirited hypocrits
Only focused on sales= f the patient and f the customer

I’m going yo make sure every customer maxes the direct relief and patient assistance program, every Catholic institution maxes the Kyleena 20 card, especially with no birth control coverage. Cost bayer millions!!!! Then take my retirement in December - see yah!

Had to laugh.
There are so many getting ready to retire. Part of the whole plan.
 




Then replace us with a $60k b2b person with 1-2 years experience, that has no idea how to sell, or deal with our HC offices that are managing through a pandemic, be pushy because they want to be a rising star and evict the entire Bayer sales force from a large health system ( too bad CVR and oncology), but they will fit the new mold of what Bayer HR needs on the team. Get ready!
Then sales will really decline!
 




WHC is not feeling good anymore. New manager with zero experience can’t even hire the best qualified person because ???? Three more move to CVR. Kyleena is tanking. JB and Chelsea continue to disappoint. Never thought it would get this bad.
