When you put an inexperienced and clueless clown in charge, don’t be surprised when there is a lack respect for decisions being made, the tasks at hand, and the company goals. And don’t wonder why many are working second jobs, refuse to work Fridays, or shut it down by 3pm most days. Most of us are tired of the way we are treated here and the clown show at the top.
