What reps think of acell

It is not just the director the sales, it also includes RMs and AMs. I've heard some really unethical things come out of my manager, this is why I'm leaving ACell. People at this company are completely shady. Let's face it, the other major problem is how out of touch ths corporate office is to what happens in the field. Typical response from these under aged non-experienced managers at this company. They promote more for the “MONEY” and not the patient TM’s that think they know how to manage people by having them hound doctors because, “what if it works”. If it doesn’t, let’s just try again and piss more money down the toilet. Just don’t con them in to too much because then you’ll pop up on the hospital ROI team and then it’s no more pow pow.
 












Geezuz, REALLY?! What in the actual fuck is going on with society today? It’s so typical that someone who can’t cut it in sales would be so quick to point the finger at someone else and complain. If you hate it so much then just leave.

The fact you have a Med device job, which is highly prestigious a good paying job is far better than what the majority of people are experiencing in this day and age. I am not buffalo blue balls or DD, or any of these other clowns you speak of. Just a rep sick of people placing blame and who can’t own up to there own existence....again, I reiterate, life is short. Make the best of it. I highly encourage you to look elsewhere, someplace that will make you happy; OR man the fuck up and do the best with the cards your dealt. Isn’t it great we have all choices? So stop your whining and make one. Peeeeace.

Why assume I’m not making money and can’t cut it here? Even though I’m not on the edge of the cliff like most here, I’m still trying to get to a better place. It’s harder to interview when word on the street is that this company is a shit show in the medical device space. Do managers at other medical device companies really look at ACell as a player, not really. So while I’m here, I will speak up for the other 90% of TM’s that agree that DD needs to go back to being a TM that enters the OR in his golf shoes and brags about it.

Why stand on a silent platform? Maybe you should start a riot to at corporate to forget how you got here in the first place. Posting anonymously won’t help your cause and I highly doubt any of these buffoons in upper management read this shite never the less could give two fukes about you.

I don’t disagree but I didn’t even know about this board until word traveled at our last meeting. I’m sure most people now know about this board. Sooner or later, someone high enough should say enough is enough. We already know BH isn’t doing anything about the unethical bullies in management.

you must not know the company too well. No one will do anything about anything. The same crew of people have been running the place behind the scenes since day 1. Talented folks have come and gone when they realized they didn’t have a chance to go up the food chain. The old crew remains the same.

I hope everyone is taking the new S&N competitor seriously. We are in for a rude awakening. We should have been talking with customers months ago. If you are starting now it is too late.
 












ACell’s biggest issue is they think they are the end all be all with 0 studies and 0 reimbursement and saying it’s not integra. We can stage it. INTEGRA STAGES THE WOUND TOO.

There are reasons why TB will only keep loyal “friends” on the team. Once people push back on his “my way or the highway attitude” they are fast tracked to be pushed out. He can’t afford to have a few employees band together and tell the truth about his unethical business practices. His response is either, well it works, with that shitty grin or that’s what you’re hired to do. He’s already made moves to clear out the Ohio reps that knew his game.
