That buffoon doesn’t know anything about medical devices let alone manufacturing. What could he possibly offer in resolving a manufacturing issue. If he was capable of doing his job at a minimum, he could communicate this issue to our customers and assure them “we’ve got this”. We absolutely don’t want him in front of our customers or even assembling written communications. Just look at the emails he sends.

Yes. The director of sale is uneducated, inexperienced, and completely useless. We all know he’s a clown. As soon as business bounces bah from covid I’m looking to leave for this exact reason. Lack of leadership in critical roles is never a recipe for a success
 












We all know the director of sales is an embarrassment. But the product is great and those who can sell it make some good money. Ignore bozo the mustache clown. Probably not the last idiot you’ll work with in your career
 






How are we going to make it when the director of sales is such a joke? He not a leader in anyway. He’s just sends out emails with quotes (copy/paste). The guy is supposed to be leading us but instead he’s the biggest joke at the company. It’s so depressing.
 






Who cares about the director of sales? We all know he’s a useless dope. It’s pretty obvious.

I know a lot of people are concerned and want to leave because of him but it won’t stop me from going out and making money for another year or two. After that, I’ll leave and go make my money somewhere else. I never let stupid people control my effort. Clowns will be clowns.

How much longer do we seriously have to put up with this clown???? It’s so obvious, it really makes me question if the people that put him in and are keeping him in this position are worse than him. Can they be that blind???? This has gone on far too long.
 






They can’t admit he’s a terrible hire. They already made a huge mistake with the last director of sales. Admitting a second mistake would be a reflection on their ability to identify and place leadership. So instead of doing what’s best for the company, they keep to doofus in place to save their own butt. This is why nobody respects the people at the top of the company.
