So true. We’ll always be looked at as a joke of a company as long as we have a clueless clown in charge of our sales force. Great technology but a Dumb and inexperienced DOS putting in a position to fail. What a shame
 












We’re done! There is no way we can sell this product line in this environment. Yes, my regulars will continue to use but the every day hunt for case volume is over and I believe when everything settles down it’s still going to be more prohibitive than it has ever been. Wish I would have bailed a year ago when I had the offer. It’s hard to walk away from good money but the stability is much more of a priority now than this roller coaster of business.
 






We were done before the virus. The reason for the downfall has more to do with the complete moron put in charge of sales strategy a year ago. Sales were slipping hard this year before covid19 ever showed up thanks to terrible leadership and zero strategy. My god, DD is such an idiot. Have ya heard him on the National conference calls? Straight up embarrassing. I don’t know anyone at the company that respects this guy or thinks he’s capable on any level. I’m out of here as soon as things settle down in a a month or two....... and I’m certainly not the only one.

What Reps think of ACell???????

1. great product. Impressive outcomes

2. the director of sales is 100% lost and doing more harm than good. Sorry, but everyone knows it. likely to be the company’s downfall

3. Some managers are great. Some managers are terrible. It’s not hard to tell.

4. don’t know about the board of directors, but if they approved DD as the director of sales then they are asleep at the wheel.

5. Top reps get paid well. It just takes some time to get there.
 






This place is like a ship with serious holes in the bottom. The board members and CEO stand on the top deck, look at the view, and say “what a beautiful journey”. They either can’t see or don’t want to see the reality of what’s going on in the bowels of the ship. This place is sinking and a big part of it is the lack of experience from the director of sales and his unethical practices. He’s lost and trying to fake his way through. Unfortunately it comes at the expense of everyone at the company. Abandon ship!

I’m sorry you feel that way. What you haven’t realized is that the ship is already underwater and sinking to the bottom. You missed getting into the life boat 2 years ago when we were already going down. You probably thought because of some decent numbers and rumors about being bought, you figured you could stay aboard. COVID 19 has just accelerated the trip to the bottom and there isn’t a company with cash to burn to purchase this product. Good Luck!

This place absolutely could have been saved with the right leadership, but instead they put someone with no education, no experience, and no basic understanding of business or authentic leadership in charge of the whole country. Great idea!
