I'm a former Summit Club winner and actively searching for a new opportunity with another company. I don't have an axe to grind, but it's obvious there are real problems with this company and current management.
The most frustrating aspect of our culture is the fact that management and HR do their best to over sell this company as a wonderful place to work. This is the farthest thing from the truth! The only employees that are happy here are either benefiting from the political bullshit and favoritism or checked-out mentally years ago. Anyone that has a good idea or just wants to be rewarded for performance without being a part of the 'boys club" is discriminated against. Unfortunately, HR could care less, so I'm moving on.
