Sounds like a constructive use of time on a field ride. I have certainly had plenty here that were much less constructive than a good roll in the hay!

I'm jealous, usually I'm the one getting fucked on field rides, and it's not enjoyable at all. Worst manager of my 15 year career! This woman actually believes she is the first to think of ideas like "starting a dialogue with my customers". OMG... Just shoot me

What do you think all the mgr meetings discuss, it sure isn't products. It is 'managing for top performance'. In other words, how to keep the turnover fresh and intimidate through actions towards others. You will not find another pharma job worth a crap, so get over your self indulgence and sense of importance. The people in charge laugh at comments like yours and play you like a toy! You are in a sad and depressing industry. Kind of like an old Mad Max movie. I have been to the top of the mountain and seen the burning bush. Everything is worse than you know.

If you're not interviewing for Oncology or Hospital run away unless you need a check. Astellas has made it clear that they do not value the rest of the sales force. The last national mtg was prime example. Negative micro managed metric based culture. HQ is full of geniuses and the field full of dolts.
 
























This place has been at rock bottom for years. Good employees have left leaving only ass kissers, idiots and big pharma rejects. Management only cares about protecting their own ass and hoping not to get fired. If there was a contest for worst companies to work for, this place would win every time. #shithouse
