#66. From what I have been able to gather it has to do with an AVP gone wild! Creating their own rating and ranking system based on call activity. The system apparently rewards individuals who enter the field and make face to face calls and penalizes those who don't. The individual seems to be throwing employees health safety out the window during an unprecedented pandemic. A pandemic which its severity has been well documented. If this call activity evaluation criteria has been signed off by upper management ie Fink, Baxter and Waterhouse, then the AVP is just executing directives from the company and has nothing to worry about. If it hasn't been approved by upper leadership, the AVP could find themselves in serious trouble. Placing the company in a very bad place legally. Can you imagine if an employee was forced to re-enter the field and contracted COVID-19 and then suffered a morbid event? If is was proven that they transmitted the virus to other customers, friends or family members? The litigation would be massive! Remember, we call on infectious disease physicians. They are at ground zero for this virus. If we were calling on dermatologists in may be a different story. So this issue seems credible and very very serious.
