I’ve somehow been here since even before the launch in Vegas. I can without hesitation tell you that this is by far the worst launch of a product I have ever heard of, let alone been a part of.

I would really like to hear what the pre launch strategy was. If someone says it was anything other than we aren’t sure, they are lying.

Everyone knows we are completely out of money right. In desperate times come desperate measures. Get your whistles out and start blowing. We all hear the shady things they are asking us to do.
 






I know cafe pharma is a typically a bitch fest, but this company sounds awful.

I work for another company in derm and my entire team was talking about this. I feel bad for you all.

It is! And I agree…you take most of what’s said on this site with a grain of salt
Trust me it’s not the case with this company! There’s a couple of misinformation comments (nobody was getting fired if they didn’t sign the document) but other than that
Everything thing else is accurate!

How can this company still be in business if all this is real? I mean holy sh-t, what a disaster. It sounds like it is run worse than some random food truck.

I don’t feel bad for people who were warned about this place and didn’t listen. I can only imagine every new hire that is sitting through the worst training ever created and them saying “what the hell kind of garbage can company did I just get hired at?”

They should have fired Joe long ago. He’s a lose cannon and a liability. Ted White, shame on you for allowing him to stay and dozens upon dozens of others to leave b/c of him.
 






This place did it to themselves. They are total scumbags to their employees. This included most of senior leadership and HR. I really hope some of the people who have been here have opened investigations on this place. People keep quitting, they keep firing people. Verrica has been exposed and they are spending too much time trying to cover their tracks and not about selling the product.
 










































The retention rate at this hell hole is about 25% after 6 months. Nobody cares either. The all employees email dropping the hammer is coming soon. Be prepared and don’t say you weren’t warned.
 






I’ve never worked at your company but one of my colleagues did and told be about this on Cafe Pharma.
Either they wrote the entire thing, every post, or OMG! What they said was true. And it sounds actually worse than they said.
 






Imminent sale of Verrica is dependent on the MOHS surgery data. If positive, the company is being sold and Ycanth will be rebranded as an oncology product. Derm reps will not be needed or wanted

Would you invest in this company knowing what you know? Even with Joe gone, the powers that be are insisting on having us do things that give the perception to preventive buyers that we have a plan for success. How many successful companies have you seen without a president or head of sales?
 






Management at this company is an absolute joke. The managers who do whatever they are told should be embarrassed. And that’s all of them! Hate to say it but things may be even worse with Joe B gone. Shady stuff happening with speakers. Shady stuff happening with bnb, shady stuff with the sp program. The stock is under $2. Anyone who took a job here after June is an absolute moron.
