Verrica

This company has no idea what it is doing. The leadership is constantly panicking but has no idea that they are the ones who set up the process that make sales very difficult. Nufactor doesn’t work more than half the time and doctors don’t want to do buy and bill. They have hired and fired people and tj drug hasn’t even been out for 6 months. They are trying to scare people into making sales by threatening to fire them.

they sent out sales almost daily leading up to to the break. We haven’t seen a sales report in 2 weeks. They are most definitely moving things around so they don’t have to pay out b/c they got the goals wrong.

lucky for verrica nobody is on cafe pharma.
If leadership does happen to come across this, you and your company are terrible. you had so long to have this product ready to go and you didn’t. you keep lying to yourselves, your investors and the entire company that you know what your doing. it’s obvious you don’t. girard doesn’t even know how to turn his camera on for teams calls and joe refuses to read an email before sending to correct errors.this company was terrible day 1 of launch and has gotten no better. nobody is happy here and 90% are looking for other jobs.

Does anyone inside verrica know what the hell they are doing? We need to get 20 offices to start buying and billing in the first half of the year? Hey Joe and Gerard, no office that has never done buy and bill is going to start now. Especially when a topical product has come out. Our only hope is that insurances require a step edit and have to fail ycanth before they will pay for the topical. I think veeva will save us.
