I can attest. His actions at Agouron as a brand director cost the entire HIV marketing team their jobs and resulted in hefty fines for Pfizer. It made the news.

AR is everything wrong with this company. Shameful example of what passes for leadership these days.
 








Ok this is a disaster right? I knew this place was just a short stint, but everything about this blows - the product and the company. I can’t get doctors to try this more than once. Absolutely no coverage and no reason to fight. Not different at all from myrbetriq so why bother they tell me.

The pay is good but we’re not gonna be able to be around much longer at this rate. Am I wrong?

Saw this coming a mile away when I met some of the “leaders” during the interview process.
 








Yep , saw it myself as well. I asked simple questions that they could not answer. Like how is your product different? What is your strategy? Their answer on that was “well we need to generate scripts, then we will know more how the launch is going” hmm ok. At best this was a bridge type job till you found something more stable. Yea sure you’re gonna launch a me too drug in a generic class with no coverage ! What the hell did you think would happen??

Yes, leadership here is a disaster. They truly only care what brings THEM money via scripts / or a buy out .deep down they knew this was doomed from the start. I feel for those who came here. I rejected the offer , however I know some people here & I hear how bad it is. I think they were hoping for a buy out & cash in on that.

A buyout ain’t gonna happen. AR showed up like the grim reaper to curse our launch.

Yeah, where did they dig these people up? Were the only ones who would take the job because they had no place else to go?
