Yea , so much for that hey we are a start up & want to build a strong culture with rep input etc... all it turns out is a metric driven company that pretends to be big pharma . Ironically exactly what they said they weren’t gonna be. Shut up sit down & do as your told. These metrics prove what success looks like ! Gotcha ....

Why is anyone surprised? Our leadership team all cut their teeth at pharma giants like Pfizer and Merck decades ago. That style is ingrained and will be there fallback every time. KPI, reach and frequency, verbatim messaging, share of voice, all strategic imperatives these dinosaurs grew up with. So fresh. So innovative. So exciting!

$52k -> $56k

Reading a lot of the recent posts tells me a lot. I do not know management from before, but all that is being said isn’t alarming. It’s Pharma. Big and small. Not a jab, but it sounds like you have not been in a launch in the past few years and most likely have not been working most of this year or have been virtual. Modern day new drug launches have poor to zero part D coverage. The data shows a place for this drug. But it’s a true sell. Territories are large for a reason...to find enough writers to sustain the launch. I’d guess a rep is costing about $300k a year. You have to be big enough to let reps get to that volume in COVID. Which the required volume is small. Not thousands of scripts. Once we build a base they’ll split territories. They hired sales people and great attitudes. Bad attitudes kill teams on launch. You need work horses. And for the good ole boy crew in management...do well and get to know them. It’s not a click...you can always open doors for having them in your corner. Let’s get to work. Best of luck. I’m excited!

Bro you fuck yourself... you have no perspective

Here’s what’s clear we have a bunch of cowards as managers, many on this blog trying to defend themselves and who cares, no one. Cuz apparently a job is with sucking Dick

WORD

Let’s be honest everyone in sales has to hear about forescast in a general chat, no some presentation. This is piece of shit . Shame the fuck on the leadership team

Well this wasn’t fun at all , I’m out ! Yep it was a really bad decision to come here. At least I found something else less micro management, but that wasn’t hard to find. Last one out , turn out the lights !!

Not hardly , I know of several reps in my area say the same. This is not what they said it would be & with the ridiculous metrics & too many generics don’t see this lasting long. Facts
