Management get your heads out of your " " and your computers. Start taking care of your reps before you continue to lose some of the best!! Not everyone is replaceable, regardless of what you think. Olympus has become a great job for ass kissers and computer experts. Sales is a forgotten part of this job, hence the poor year to date numbers!!

As per usual, you are incorrect. I am neither a past employee, or an underperforming one. I am in Management and I laugh at this company! I am starting a consulting company on the side, but secretly would love for Olympus to burn to the ground. I have seen hundreds of people get treated awfully by management and hr in this swindle organization. As have many others seen this very behavior. Everything is CYA at Olympus. Previous poster is spot on. Olympus has and will continue to lose great talent, because of their desktop and a** kissing culture. Why don't you disclose you are? Probably Rompilla or Sales Ops Dick, or the usual troll turd.

I will maintain my anonymity, TY. I do not work for OLY, just follow activity and events. You have been posting your whining for months. It is really sad. If you had any pride and or professionalism this so called consulting firm you are starting would be on it's feet and you would have left. Why do you feel the need to watch it burn? I'm sure they hurt your feelings. Please stop the name calling and share some actual evidence of the problems at the company. We are all eager to hear real events of how bad it is. Until then, you are a whining, get nothing clock puncher. Good luck with your consulting firm, I'm sure your behavior on here is a great example of how you will treat clients/people who pay you. Tell us more how it is not fair.

Do not apply or interview for TM positions within Olympus. It is an absolutely monstrous shit show.

What exact value does Michael Muscara (AVP/IDN tool) provide to Olympus?
He sure as hell doesn't pickup any new business or even have a clue on how to contribute to the sales organization.
Why does Olympus pay this individual close to $275,000 per year to sit at home and dick around on excel spreadsheets?
While the rest of us bust our asses working sales deals with our customers each day?
I think Olympus could easily lose this turd and not see even the smallest blip in revenue loss. This shit makes no sense.
 






The answer is simple. Most RVP/AVP's
Provide zero value to this organization other than just sucking cash out of the company in the form of pay. Micromanaging r*****s at best! Fire the guy.
The real problem is the assholes at the top.

You must be new to the organization. Muscara has had a loooooong career at this company and has done nothing but perform despite all the bull crap we have to face. I have seen him blow out his numbers as a rep and rvp. Now go out and sell on your efforts and stop waiting for corp accounts to do your job. And remember there where reps like Mike that has come before you and actually made their numbers.

Taking commission $ from reps to keep their posts. Both on the west coast and mid west
Steering deals to their buddies right before account spends $ and switching the account to said friend. (happened in the midwest)
Complicit in allowing one TM to sell urology disposables into another TM's territory. This happened because said TM has evidence on the AVP so he allows her to do shit like that. (Ed Chadwick).
I could reference hundreds of illegal and corrupt incidents, but its still happening and will always happen.
All of these guys need to be fired for their conduct.
Olympus is a total shit show, and not somewhere where you will build your career.
