Most of the RVP's and AVP's at Olympus provide zero value. OCA is totally top heavy with many many blowhard managers who just regurgitate what is told to them. This company is starting to show severe stress signals and investors are starting to back away from this company, as are prospective employees. Near term will be bullshit status quo business as usual. Long term will be a company whose market share and stock price continue to plummet. Probably a great idea for you to get the resume dusted off and sent out to the street.

Yeah you are right, I know nothing. That is why there are almost 1,645 posts on the Olympus threads that continue to blast management and the culture at this terrible company. I guess the fact that you are probably another douchebag used car salesman RVP really carries a lot of weight amongst our readers. Take a long walk off a short pier!
This company is permanently stuck in "status quo". Management is not going to suddenly start selling in the field, and your AVP & VP's are not going to help you with anything other than taking a fucking year to approve your big quote deals. These assholes are going to continue sitting on their duffs doing nothing, unless Japan steps in and fires them. The only way that will happen is if earnings are way off. We can ensure this by continuing to resign and leaving OCA with rep coverage to sell their products.

Just curious if you are ever going to respond to the letter that was addressed to you asking you why you don't meet with IDN's directly and why you aren't sitting at the table when other Urology companies are meeting with the tops of these health systems? Also I believe the other question that was posed was what value if any do you bring to Olympus other than sucking down a huge salary? Randy, Nacho, Todd? Same questions for you numb nuts too. Accountability is key here fellas, you definitely expect it from your reps, it's time you put your money where your mouth is!

Please stop creating these events/deadlines for "mass exodus" or better was your claim of reorganization on Jan 5. These types of things make it harder for real people to leave. Prospective companies read this crap and say "this candidate is not in a good place and desperate to leave OCA...we should hire elsewhere." So, you are not helping anyone. And, you are not hurting OCA. Just stop.
