Done. A turd emoji with BM 4.0 printed belowA new logo? That's a three million dollar project. And we need a new department with twelve people to oversee this project.

Stop with the cry baby stuff - business is business! When any company like Pfizer lets Pfizer Hall of Fame people walk/severe them and keep average performers, what kind of message does this send?
I again agree this company has major leadership issues. Albert needs to go , etc.
I am ashamed of a company I once admired. Peace out!
That’s true. Whenever a company needs to adjust the size of workforce, they make a business decision how to proceed. It should show what they value in order to have better future growth prospects.Stop with the cry baby stuff - business is business!

The answer is that they're afraid to leave. Have you noticed how many former middle and senior managers came back several years ago? There are few jobs cushier than ours, and at least according to the former State Director that I ran into last year, it's rough out there. Many companies dont have two other people selling the same blockbuster in the same territory. Based on what I've been told by former Pfizer colleagues, those reps that are 48 and older have a right to be afraid of getting cut.It sends the same message that has been sent for years. Pfizer is not your family, nor is any other pharma company. To you it is a thing to earn money and build a history of work. To them you’re a cog to keep around as long as you are necessary. You need to be no more loyal to them than they are to you. Too many people have been here too long and either are afraid to leave or feel a possible long term severance is something to not walk away from

It HAS happened. We cut Angela, who promptly and publicly became the fall gal for all stupid decisions made here since 2018.Totally agree. We are still bloated with reps. Shareholders are not getting their value. Something HAS TO HAPPEN.

Reps and KAMs. Absolutely!
If they got off of their backsides and actually spoke to busy docs that weren't sucking from our teat, they would hear the truth. I for one and glad that they dont.Executive Leadership gets all the misleading call data in their reports and they think their Reps are having all this meaningful f2f physician dialog.
What a SCAM!!!
Keep entering all this bogus information into your LiePad everyone...whoops, I meant IPad!!!

How about cutting down on the mostly useless District Sales Managers??
Unfortunately there will be a major reduction and it will be much more than a paper cutThey are doing this by "Death by a thousand cuts"! Watch your back everyone.
"As previously communicated, Pfizer has launched an enterprise-wide cost realignment program," a Pfizer spokesperson said via email. The program will “result in some job loss across a number of our locations"
