Career first. Never had this before. Over the last last few weeks several law firms reached out asking me about the fraud at Natera. They were asking for any information I can give them. Am I the only one who’s been contacted? Is anyone participating in the class action suits against Natera? I’ve never been more ashamed about my job. Help!!!

Be very careful. Natera will sue people into oblivion for going against them. I am not a lawyer, but I would assume the NDA you signed is Natera’s license to destroy your life. You are going up against a very rich, ruthless, soulless organization. Just accept the fact your employer is a fraud and find a new job to free yourself from it.

I second this! Natera’s nature is to play dirty. It’s what the company is known for and very good at. The finger is pointed every direction but inward. When core values are deep rooted in lies, deceit, and fraud what could you expect? Only sane move is to leave before the house burns down
 






Do not expect Natera to protect employee rights and privileges. On one hand you’ve got nothing to lose because lawlessness is norm and misconduct needs to be brought to light but everyone hesitant to be the one.. lots of exits need to be made at ELT level for a fighting chance. Majority of high levels are sour to the core

Doesn’t sound like a publicly traded biotech company, sounds more like the mafia or an episode of Sopranos.

Explains a-lot though. Starting from SC at the ELT level all the way down to rookie mangers like JM. They pick the sleaziest most criminally driven people to lead. I guess it’s easier to mold a lying cheat than an accomplished, honest, hard working, respected & intellectual employee.

People don't report it because the company and management puts the fear of God in them of retaliatory behavior directly or indirectly by manipulating their incentive structures, territories, etc.. plus, things HAVE been reported. But it's wild at the SLT level all the way to HR NOTHING gets done. It's very discouraging for people who go to work every day, do the right thing and have families to support.
 






Must fire ones responsible for illegal activity (not reps who had to participate to keep their jobs) but the real crooked folk.. every unequipped manager - dishonest, unfair, negligent, rewards buddy system, manipulates territories / pay, lines own pockets, doesn't treat employees equally with respect, encourages toxicity and inappropriate and often illegal acts, makes decisions based on friendships rather than facts, retaliates if spoken against, rigs points / billing to favor themselves and said friends. Those people need to exit. Why it has taken the company this many people leaving to wake up is madness. Something bigger needs to intervene; not the incompetent HR department.

managers are being trained and covering up for investigation. Company covering themselves. Put EVERYTHING in writing to protect YOURSELF because they will fuck you if you don't document. Document or it didn't happen is the mentality. The more emails you send better for subpoena. If you're that unhappy just leave and in the meantime, copious documentation!

They’re mostly first time managers with zero experience and company doesn’t properly fund or enforce training courses.. real training courses not a “check the box” kinda thing. If they were to properly vet candidates the company would be in a healthier state. Being a manager should mean so much more than a rep who was “liked” especially being public

This is spot on! Sums up Natera perfectly. It’s time to start naming names.
 






























Whos commenting here? is it organ health reps who got fired or left or organ health reps who are just miserable and hate their jobs? Is is natera management legal or leadership? Or is it just anyone and everyone enjoying the natera shitshow? Im already on my 2nd popcorn.
 












never in my sales career have I ever felt on the edge of my seat just waiting for the next big fraud to be exposed... so creepy. Does anyone else feel their skin crawling around certain people? Hate to say it but collecting a paycheck until something better comes along. There are so many slimy degenerates who have job security for life. Makes you wonder..
