JM is horrific & wouldn't qualify for a managerial role at McDonald's, how he conned his way into Natera is a story for another time. However, SW is the real issue here. He hired & promoted JM along with several other social misfits and encourages the transplant toxicity.

Spot on! Only cares about one thing…. JM. The worst RD I’ve ever witness in the position. Such a shame. I feel horrible for the poor OHS on team.
 






















































Let’s be honest here, prior to Natera JM never had a job for more than a year without being fired. He must be blowing SW while taking it up the ass from ELT.

This is 100% correct regarding the job hopping and lack of success in ANY past role. This person did a wonderful job doctoring LinkedIn though! Natera should do some digging to confirm these facts. But let’s be honest, Natera isn’t the best at background checks. Let’s not forget RD who was hired and promoted while holding an alleged fake degree.

This person was bullied most of their life and now is in a position to deal it onto others. Creates a very toxic culture. Eventually the truth will surface and I among many many others are standing by with popcorn!

I second that! A manager at Natera could very well be a bottom performing rep at another company. The promotion / hiring at Natera often has no logic or merit to back it. This is why the company suffers severely in terms of culture, competence, and enforcing corporate policies correctly.

Anyone can pimp out their LinkedIn and talk a good talk.. but you can’t fake management experience because it shows. Unfortunately, it shows too late for the people working under the frauds.

It is entertaining watching these individuals being exposed but also very unfortunate for the bulk of the company’s representatives
 












So, what exactly is the criteria to be a RD? (besides being a total joke of a being and compulsive lying) ...this is an honest question. The reps are bright for the most part but the choices in management are god awful
