There is no certain criteria. They cut my whole district of 3 and kept 2 younger reps that were in another territory and over 45 minutes out of my territory. Seems they keep the younger reps and the older reps are history.
 




First, even if 2 districts were left off the list (which they weren't), the probability that someone would go to this level of detail for a hoax, is zero! Second, the fact that HDQ did NOT come out and state the list was phony and NOT accurate, but instead just said it's a "virus", nothing to see here, and remains silent 12 days on tells you all you need to know! Lastly, performance means nothing to these people. Performance is a RUSE created by higher ups to raise moral and make reps feel they are valued by the organization. Truth is, reps are simply share of voice, unit cost of labor. Performance tells you nothing about who stays, who goes, it's all about salary, location, deadwood evaluation by HR - meaning HR keeps some "risky" deadwood, and chops other "ordinary" deadwood. This is why it never makes sense after the dust settles, and everyone is scratching their head asking....How in the HELL did this person survive, and this person got cut? Current Cresset winners cut etc. Use your head, don't be a dummy, it's all about the money, it's called making business decisions. Don't buy the BS they are peddling.

Laughably bad take.

Takeda got caught between a rock and a hard place when the original list dropped. To save face, they changed a few things here or there where possible, which explains why some names are now there and others are now removed. What it really shows you is generally how arbitrary a decision it can be to stay vs go and, more importantly, how interchangeable they see reps. In other words, this is the new list.

Now that IT’S leaked also, who knows where they take things...
 




so this list had two people in my region who left the company a few months ago and it stops at people with starting last name of S. (No t-z)

So, this isnt the final list either.
