Town Hall Email....Are you on the list?

Look at the February sales calendar on the Stream... no mention of MIC for this month and if you look at January they have the date. And for some reason March calendar is not there... NEVER has the full quarter not been there

ZS has their algorithm and how lay-offs are designed WE WILL NEVER KNOW. But what we DO KNOW is that these lists NEVER make ANY SENSE!!!

ZS has their algorithms, and in many cases they do not seem to make any sense relative to what an informed and experienced individual could come up with. However, the charm of a computer generated territory realignment is that it is perfect neutral, thereby insulating the company from the risk of discrimination lawsuits. If a variable doesn't go into the computer, the algorithm can't discriminate on that factor.

Ultimately, ZS takes their marching order from corporate. If management wants 600, or 500, or 1000 in the field then the magic ZS computer will produce a plan to achieve that. It often results in some stars getting laid off and some duds given expanded territories, but that is how the game is played. Check out any other pharma that ZS has restructured in the last five years; the stories are all very similar.

Last 5 years? Try the last 20 years. I know somebody connected to them.

First, even if 2 districts were left off the list (which they weren't), the probability that someone would go to this level of detail for a hoax, is zero! Second, the fact that HDQ did NOT come out and state the list was phony and NOT accurate, but instead just said it's a "virus", nothing to see here, and remains silent 12 days on tells you all you need to know! Lastly, performance means nothing to these people. Performance is a RUSE created by higher ups to raise moral and make reps feel they are valued by the organization. Truth is, reps are simply share of voice, unit cost of labor. Performance tells you nothing about who stays, who goes, it's all about salary, location, deadwood evaluation by HR - meaning HR keeps some "risky" deadwood, and chops other "ordinary" deadwood. This is why it never makes sense after the dust settles, and everyone is scratching their head asking....How in the HELL did this person survive, and this person got cut? Current Cresset winners cut etc. Use your head, don't be a dummy, it's all about the money, it's called making business decisions. Don't buy the BS they are peddling.

Copy and paste, scrolling down, and deleting 2-3 names per team isn’t difficult to try and sew discord from a disgruntled employee with a few write ups who knows they are gone.

Matters not how good you are, only how much you cost the company. 90% of stay/go calculation is salary followed by your location. Cresset gold 1 year, bottom feeder the next, talent doesn't matter in pharma b/c it's not about selling, just making noise (share of voice), dropping samples, etc. Formulary drives sales, reps aren't selling anything, talent means little. In some cases they will cut Cresset gold qualifiers and keep deadwood. All boils down to cost (your salary), your location, gender, race, and so on down the list.

Keep telling yourself that. Sorry you did not get the email.

I got the email, but 80 percent of Deerfield is gone, and it’s not hard to create a fake e-mail as a disgruntled employee to try and get some revenge and hope you scare some good reps into leaving.

Maybe it’s accurate, maybe it’s cafe pharma wild speculation. Doesn’t matter either way. Nothing has been finalized as of 3 weeks ago.
