top ten incompetent senior managers at Merck now

Find it strange that someone is so sure about the level of competency on all these folks...

How about your own level of competency?

Probably not even half of theirs....

After all, few people can climb a ladder (or be pushed to such heights by favoritism)...and actually stay near the top if they're really so inept...

Truth....or you'll claim I'm in a fog...

I second Quentin Roach has sessions that he makes people get up and present and he yells and mock's them in front of room of people & and call's in's to hear his rant's.

LOL. No real talent here in management. Pretty obvious given what is going on. Its a complete joke.

Any of the solutions consultants....for example, Al Lobo. Fat cats, getting fatter, sittingat home coming up with reasons for what they cannot do.
Maybe get rid of all these positions and put the savings back into NMIP's.

The thread would be considerably more useful if the top 500 useless reps would be listed. I know that the list could go much higher but keep it short for now.

SCOTT SMITH, what a dbag.... sits around his house making the most ridiculous MVX messages with his kid and HE, and only HE, thinks its funny. Not only that, he plays this ridiculous horse race music in the background. Totally incompetent worthless manager. He is a joke of a manager.

He always was. The reps in Chicago are still paying for the bridges burned there. Game the system, get promoted and never have to pay the price for your decisions. That's the way of life with Merck management.
