Haha exactly. Not just 10. More like 50x that. And that’s why a count of 500 is not even joking. Especially if you include the remaining ones that these corrupt managers handpicked. I’m literally surrounded by imbeciles. It has never been more evident how far this dirty company will go to protect their trash.

It’s only gotten worse since India started getting into US mgmt roles. They only listen to each other, talk over everyone else, and don’t know shit about anything
 


















This! Absolutely the case at Merck. This company also has a tendency to laud the wrong people. Worthless talentless idiots are literally praised for doing something either insignificant or running their mouth. Compound that with equally dumb managers and clueless leadership and that about sums up the culture here. Stagnant and uninspiring
 
























Car sales has a much brighter future than Pharmaceuticals. No college required. No generic competition. No field visits. Dealerships are air conditioned and customers come to you when it is time to renew lease. Government wants everyone to get a new car anyway. Market is enormous and growing. Pharmaceuticals is cold calling door to door in August heat. You have to feed 30 office staff and doctor slams door in your face. High end European car salespeople in large metro areas can make 300k a year working in air conditioned dealership. No cold calling.

I think the accent seems to be appealing but the obvious lack of talent is evident to us. They keep getting promoted and I suppose this is simply due to the tenure.
