How is it possible that when our great leaders go nobody notices? Matthai, Tillyer, Hunter? Because the company is running on keytruda gravy right now and it doesn’t matter how badly the pipeline is fucked for the next 4 or 5 yr. managers just trying to make sure employees don’t suffocate themselves with plastic bag or trip on salted walkways resulting in huge disability pay out while Roger and Roy find next acquisition.

West Point scientists focusing hard on lean lab initiative. Leaders meeting Monday to decide if there will be 1 lunch pass or 2 given for each lab with completely labeled drawers.

VP and Ex Dir level needs "retirement" and adding more personnel who instill honesty and have guts to make decisions and inspire the teams. Lead by example and foster teamwork. Put the leaders who have approved molecules in charge. Select leaders the opposite with small resumes, concerned about survival, imaginary power and just good enough science. No need for empire building people are jumping ship.
