Whats the difference between Sr. Territory Manager vs Account Liaison roles in Alz?
l

All the account liaisons have already been hired they’re supposed to be somewhat kind of like an MSL , would only have a few large targeted accounts.
Right now the ones that have already been hired I think they’re trying to figure out what they’re going to do for the next year.

none as both will be filing for unemployment in short order

None of the senior territory managers have been hired yet , but yes many of the account liaisons have been hired, not sure what they’re going to do for the next year. They have also hired a managed-care team already and national sales managers and regional sales managers.

Not all of the account liaisons have been hired yet. Still in the hunt as the interview process has come to a screeching stop..

Maybe not all but there definitely has been some that have been already hired .
Not sure what they’re gonna do for the next year can you really profile accounts for a year when you don’t even have an approved product yet ?

very true all the way around. The recruiter contacted me and stated it was on hold and the position hasn’t been filled yet. To your point, I am sure many have been filled

Well, it’s a stupid question to ask what the annual bonus is ,the product is over a year away from launch (if ever) I don’t think they Mngmnt even knows what the annual bonus is going to be ,how could they know it’s so far away now at this point, that’s the least of their worries for the next year, hell the product is bringing in 0 income and they’ve already hired at least 50 people maybe more.

Fake news. It’s already been stated that new hires have.been made. So to somebody other than this phony, what is the target annual bonus? Thx

So if the new hires have been made, why are recruiters explicitly stating to “hang on tight” as the delay has impaired the process? Positions have also been reposted on LinkedIn. Doesn’t add up dude

This is an undeveloped market you idiot. Even if target bonus is stated... Subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances clause is there. If you are hanging your decisions on annual target bonus... you have no concept of the current working environment of Pharma. There is movement to go heavy base... less on target bonus. With many going to MBO’s. Just ask our fellow friends over at Genentech. Get a grip on reality. Dumb Dumb
