Ok thanks. What’s the target bonus at plan?

if you are legit and in the mix the recruiter will send you an email outlining a range of total comp for the position you are interviewing for. You will be asked if it’s acceptable or a deal breaker. Best of luck

This is very accurate. Those who have stated all positions have been filled are incorrect.

True that... the Account Liaison position I was called about from the recruiter has not yet been filled and I was told the hiring manager would be contacting me soon to schedule the phone interview. That's all I know! I too have reservations about this position w/ no idea of a approval date, and have clearly stated to the recruiter leaving the senior specialty position where I am now for Biogen when the drug may / may not be approved is risky at best. I figure speaking with the hiring manager won't hurt and if it goes no further, then this position wasn't meant to be for me.

Really anymore, nothing is guaranteed here in pharma and now especially after the coronavirus and this being an election year there's lots of uncertainty. None of us are safe and many reps are gonna be laid off by Christmas due to a domino affect of layoffs that will be eminent sadly. As reps, we have been off now since mid March and if your not looking elsewhere folks, sadly you have your head in the sand.

Yep looking for that next 1 yr contract. It’s living year to year in pharma for sure. I figure 1 yr at Biogen with base, bonus and severance is worth 300k. I’ll take it and then move to the next thing afterwards.
