30-50% EP or Endo- either way- it's brutal. You know it's going to be bad because they are changing September payout AFTER we have worked through September! That's BS. They haven't been transparent about who is being retained, what job they will have, current pay or future pay. It's absurd!

So true. Do I even want to stay if they offer me a position? I think it's time to look at other options. Isn't there something in the Credo about treating employees fairly? Or did Kip rewrite that too?

Or are you really that arrogant to think your pay is not changing? The entire company is changing, this is not NEW NEWS so in order to retain the most people there is a possibility that your pay will either be frozen or go down......take a lesson from other industry layoffs. Anything goes! And Kip and the boys are quiet for a reason....the changes are NOT going to be popular. Duh! Otherwise they'd be talking it up!
Let's just hope the changes are effective.....I fear it's still going to be the same kool aid.
Hell, this will be the second rebranding of EES in less than 4 years and that's NOT cheap! Is it a coincidence the new branding is ESC?....(ESCAPE) dumbasses

how can you retro back SecureStrap and Prineo to January? That is 10-30K in most cases!! I could see them doing it now but how can you go back and say just kidding, we are now going to baseline the numbers rather than look at quota. Is that even legal? It's after the fact and the money has been paid for the entire year. THIS IS UNETHICAL AND HAS NOT BEEN COMMUNICATED TO THE SALES FORCE. Someone that has done very well is going to light a law suit under the asses, just you watch!

Sonny I hate to break it to you but you cant do a damn thing about them changing the comp plan. Many companies do this but usually small shit bag companies that dont have money and do this to screw the reps and no other reason. For them to change this now is shitty but at this point nothing suprises me with these pricks.

The gravy train that was Ethicon/JNJ is OVER. Ethicon has become what Jansen/OMP was in JNJ Pharma. Annual layoffs, etc... Well we did bring alot of JNJ Pharma people into this dump. We should have seen this coming...
 






I have never seen a layoff handled so poorly. The least they can do is release a timeline and headcount number. How inhumane and unprofessional can they be? They have lost the respect of many employees.
