Managers will find out Thursday the 18th. Reps will find out the 25th. just a few days past Kip's goal of the 23rd. Perhaps they had a few more DM openings that they had to interview for, therefore putting the reps off a few more days. Be prepared. Put your confidence in a higher power - not in a company.

Some have been told by their DM. I wasn't- I was told by a couple coworkers who were told.

At this point I have heard from numerous other reps that next Thurs is the day reps are cut. I have also heard from three other reps about changes in Prineo and SecureStrap comp.
I have not heard a word about this from my DM or RD or Kip or HR or anyone else in management.
What a horrific way to run an organization. All "real" information only comes through texts and rumors.

We glare at each other across the OR, you're gain is typically my loss and vice versa. At the end of the day we are both highly trained professionals trying to do the best for our customers and, in so doing, for our families. We are, each of us, formidable opponents.

What I am witnessing via your posts on this board is absolutely appalling. The cruelty and utter disregard demonstrated by your current management is obscene.

I haven't seen any JNJ reps in the hospitals in over 2 weeks so I know that the references to debilitating anxiety ring true.

Let me say this. I wish you good fortune, no one deserves this.

Q3 reconciliation for Securestrap will be calculated using BASELINE - not quota. This means if you are displaced, there's a good chance you will OWE money. How shady is that???
