It's almost impossible to prove. In most cases, there is no merit. Naturally, HR never (remove) sends out people to target and dig up dirt regarding those who prosecute. It's called a discovery process. Maybe the victim has a drinking problem, This is very subjective at best. angry that a relationship did not go well, was the aggressor, maybe nothing happened. You do understand that insurance pays damages and not the company. Also, even if the company did pay damages, that would cause others to be terminated. Seriously, This can go both ways regarding ruining lives. Don't you care about your fellow workers? Why doesn't the perpetrator care about acting appropriately and showing respect? This goes back to the deep level personality assessments that are administered by the company to insure that the narcissist or sociopath is hired as the more preferable job candidate. It seems by reporting questionable behavior that may or may not have happened is wrong. It makes you look greedy and selfish. This is an interesting statement for sure. Isn't this how the culprit would appear to the possible victim and those onlookers who are complicit? You should search inside yourself and look at all the damage you are causing "innocent" people. If there is ever any question of this, we certainly would have to consider differing view points. It's almost impossible to prove. In most cases there is no merit. They go though the courts and nothing becomes of them. Corporate America has the great lawyers. You get the ambulance chasers. It better to get over what you have done and move on. You will sleep better at night.
They go though the courts and nothing becomes of the cases brought forward. Don't you mean that the cases that are settled are done so out of court, so that the media doesn't catch too much wind of what is happening? Corporate America has the great lawyers. You get the ambulance chasers. Now we have too much evidence from precedent cases where there have been both compensatory and punitive damages paid, so we have to wonder if your're using just another bullying tactic to accomplish your resolve.. It's better to get over what you have done and move on. You didn't just end the sentence with a preposition, did you? Yet again, another deterrent and bullying tactic. You will sleep better at night. You won't sleep at all or forgive yourself if you just "let it go"; but then again we will have to consider how badly you've been beaten down.
