It is funny how floodgate would tell candidates that it is 150k 1st year and now it is 130k. Truth is it is more like 90k. On paper this is a great job with great products and very good pay, pay that is way above other wound companies. Sadly nobody is making money except a few people. They are losing reps in large numbers and not backfilling any of these positions until next year so they can save money. That is some scary shit.

With these products and the talent that is here it should not be like this. So sad.

If they didnt screw up the forecasting for Tielle this year the quotas would not have been unattainable like they are now. Some idiot thought that the product would sell itself but someone forgot to tell them it has been around 15 years and costs 3x more than our competition. So yeah 2011 is the year.

NO, and with the hockey stick flattened out now the last checks were really thin, even for the TOP reps.
I don’t want to be a negative rep, I really do have high hopes for Systagenix. Although it’s getting harder and harder to pass up other job opportunities hoping this company gets their shit together. The promise of our pipeline can only keep me through so much, high hopes don’t pay bills.
