Systagenix/Wound Care

The company is sucking wind. The president was fired, reps are leaving in droves and quotas are not being achieved. The investors can't take losses forever. Time to put some lipstick on the pig !!!!

Get out while you can...the ship is sinking. Scott ran the company into the ground and they separated his job to save money. No one in the home office has clue how to run the business. Investors will not continue to lose money...they were sold the same bill of goods as the reps were. Why would J&J sell a profitable division with a future? Thats right...they wouldn't!!! See you all in the unemployment line.

I was at a Systagenix distributor. According to the national people working with distribution the picture is rosey at Systagenix. Noticing a lot of short dated products on the shelves. No boxes with "Systagenix" on them yet.

If they want to have a sales team left by the end of the year this comp situation needs to be fixed and fast. Moral is the lowest it has ever been because reps know only a few people have a chance to make money. Throw in the payback crap and the situation is toxic.

I agree. I don't know anyone not interviewing and a few people are very close to new jobs. Real tough times. Who's in charge here??? There is no uniformity between the different segments, everyone should be a hybrid and have the same opportunity to make money with realistic goals. Big names are on their way out from the sales force.

When the advisory boards meets with management they better not be afraid to voice the real concerns the sales force has. If nothing happens to benefit the reps pay after that session then we will know its time to go. This should not be like this. Its sad.

The draw situation is the last straw. Chaotic does not begin to describe this company. The managers just sit back, eat shit, and pass it on to us. Oh, and do nothing by the way.

This company has stood on its own since Dec 1st, 2008. How is it possible that on August 5th, 2010 the company still can not get accurate sales numbers to pay its reps!!!!!!! No matter what management is saying, the numbers are not right. Its one thing to have "growing pains" but a lack of infrastructure at this point is just plain sad. It's all falling apart, take my word.

Nobody here has a clue, including VP of sales.

Maybe another one of those "Romper Room" hour and a half marketing conference calls can straighten the sales out here at SWM? "Can anybody share one of their Tielle best practices with the rest of the country?" Now that I've heard some reps completely bullshit some made-up scenarios, maybe now I can sell some Tielle?

Hold on why I #6 and mute my phone because I almost puked into the phone!!!!!!

Seeing all these negative comments reallys saddens me. I love this company and believe in the products. If you don't think you have unique products in your bag that aren't "me too" products then you don't understand wound care.

If you are dissatisfied because of organizational growing pains and can't get over it, then go find another job.

Knocking the VP of sales is a bridge too far for me. The man has done nothing but make sure people are getting paid all year. He is a good man. There are a lot of issues, yes, but he is not one of them.

Systagenix has not fallen apart. Yes, you do need to work hard, manage your time efficiently and have more than adequate selling skills to succeed. Myself and others in my region are doing very well.

If you came from J and J and are not happy, you are likely still wanting the unlimited resources and low quotas.

The atmosphere here is really good. Come on fellow SEs, let's work together and really show the competition what we are made of.

So, which manager are you? I know that last message wasn't from a SE because every SE I know is looking for a new job!

"The atmosphere here is really good."

Who are you kidding? Give it up!
