Systagenix/Wound Care













we are probably missing plan big time. has anyone heard of any hospital wins of more than 500 bucks?

I came into this motivated as hell and am closing business and doing great. The new comp plan was a big motivational factor. Now I'm hearing rumors of PIP's for anyone under 90 percent after the first quarter. I've also heard of comp plan rollbacks. Why can't we just move forward as a company and succeed and make money? Why all the pressure all the time. If you want good people to perform then let them be!

Is Systagenix a decent place to work with good potential? I realize that many negative comments are just reps venting frustrations so every company board has complainers. But is Systagenix a good product that offers any value to your customers? I see they have an opening posted for the New Orleans territory. Does anyone know what happened to that previous rep? Is the RM an ok person to work with? Thanks in advance

Wasn't that a problem throughout the company - selling and not getting paid for sales. If you don't go collect POs from customers, forget it, good possibility you won't get paid!!!!
 




































My butt still hurts from what management did to us last year.

Systagenix chick are whack. All the babes left already!

I was told that all of the Ethicon management did not know how to "really" sell in the wound care market, and all of the KCI people came in to save the day.

Is Systagenix not hitting the growth numbers that One Equity Partner expected?

Have the new sales reps been able to produce selling this product portfolio?

Do customers even care about these products?
 


















OK. I have read this entire thread tonight after being contacted by a recruiter for an opening in Detroit MI. Don't worry I will not be going after this job, but just curious to the recruiters info. 70k base, this is the #3 territory in the country and this rep will easily make 130-140k.

Just looking to get entertained by the responce. Good luck to all of you.
