Systagenix/Wound Care













Anyone who has a chance to interview here and doesn't is retarded.

In this economy a job is a job and they pay a nice salary here and have good products. Buts facts are facts. SWM is deadlast in the wound care market. JNJ was too which is why they sold the business. Most people think becasue at one time this was JNJ they were a market leader. Not true. Can this be a great company? Yes, but it will take a long time and I am not sure the investors are willing to wait.

Unless you are a career wound care rep or a person who really needs a job there are better options out there. Having said that if you have a decent resume that can afford to take a 1 year hit like this on it then take it for one year then bounce.
 












I interviewed with systagenix a while back. I asked pointed questions about turnover and the comp plan. I never got a straight answer about anything. This is an out of work Pharma Rep job at best. If you are employed and have device experience stay away.

To answer a Managers question in advance.....this board isn't the only place I have heard about the negativity at Systagenix. Also, why did I come back to this board. I have been burned in the past by lies from people I have interviewed with. I don't want anyone else to get burned by a company that I think is very misleading to potential new reps.

Be careful what you say and how you treat people. It comes back to bite you.

I'm trying hard to stay positive. We have great products, are finally getting on with GPOs, and have a hell of a pipeline. But these shifty numbers have me really nervous!!!!!!!! Future potential doesn't pay the bills. I didn't trust last years numbers and I do even less now. I just hope I can afford to wait out this shit while they try to get it figured out!! Anyone else getting anxious?

So is your region beating plan? If there is rumor about people not at plan getting put on PIP then the overall numbers must not be good. Is the majority making money? If so then the company is fine but when the majority of reps make salary only there is a major problem.

And then you have the reps that didnt sell anything but made money due to territory mergers and benefited off the previous reps work. Or the outstanding talent we hired for Acute positions that couldnt sell weed to Lindsay Lohan. These folks are thieves.

Is anyone getting traction with Tielle? I've heard such great things in training but no one seems to want it? Can anyone help?

According to corporate this shit is selling like pussy on a troop train. What I want to know is, where are all these big adaptic touch deals taking place? Russia? They sure as shit are not happening in my region.
