This board isn't the only place to get info. Cold calling current reps and talking to people at JnJ. Told me all I need to know.
Anyone who has a chance to interview here and doesn't is retarded.
I interviewed with systagenix a while back. I asked pointed questions about turnover and the comp plan. I never got a straight answer about anything. This is an out of work Pharma Rep job at best. If you are employed and have device experience stay away.
To answer a Managers question in advance.....this board isn't the only place I have heard about the negativity at Systagenix. Also, why did I come back to this board. I have been burned in the past by lies from people I have interviewed with. I don't want anyone else to get burned by a company that I think is very misleading to potential new reps.
Be careful what you say and how you treat people. It comes back to bite you.

Someone else is resigning next week and it may surprise a few people.
We lost one of our brothers in the dirty south today due to resignation. Turnover seems to be spiking again especially in the east, what gives?
I'm trying hard to stay positive. We have great products, are finally getting on with GPOs, and have a hell of a pipeline. But these shifty numbers have me really nervous!!!!!!!! Future potential doesn't pay the bills. I didn't trust last years numbers and I do even less now. I just hope I can afford to wait out this shit while they try to get it figured out!! Anyone else getting anxious?

Bottom line is this company sucks, doesn't care about its employees, has no future, and promotes inferior products at ridiculous price points.
If your anxious, hit the bricks. Be smart like those who parlayed wound care into a "medical device" opportunity. Anything is better than here, thats the truth.Like I said before, I am a former candidate who was blatantly LIED to and I feel like the r***** that I am.

And then you have the reps that didnt sell anything but made money due to territory mergers and benefited off the previous reps work. Or the outstanding talent we hired for Acute positions that couldnt sell weed to Lindsay Lohan. These folks are thieves.

Is anyone getting traction with Tielle? I've heard such great things in training but no one seems to want it? Can anyone help?
