Systagenix/Wound Care

Great meeting, great leadership, great role plays, lots of fun, what else could you ask for in a meeting. The competition is in big trouble now. Glad to see the haters and whiners have nothing to bitch about. Oh yeah, they couldn't hack it and are gone!

Lets not kid ourselves. Systagenix has little to no presence in the market, we are not a big player and the wound care industry overall isn't exactly the best place to be.

This last poster is actually correct. Systagenix has less than 7% market share in the US. Most people think that because we were a JNJ company we had the majority of the market.
We have great products but we are like the 5th player in WC.

Exactly! Not a big player in the market, not growing like the top companies, a bunch of me too products and an industry that people aren't fighting to get into. Systagenix blows!

Boy, you guys are nuts! What wound care company is better right now. Most wound care companies don't pay 65k at plan? Convatec is an abortion. Smith & Nephew has lost focus due to negative pressure. Coloplast is good skin care but mediocre wound products. Molnlycke is great if you want to make 85k total. Hollister is a joke. Meddling is laughable, ABH is a band of criminals, OI is shot and noone makes coin there, and KCI is played out.

What am I missing. If you don't like wound care then get out.

Funny thing is.........each one of those companies you mentioned only outsells us by hundreds of millions!

How can Systagenix continue to employ us if they pay some reps more than their territory brings in? How can a rep who grows his business 25k in a year be paid out 125k???

Its not sustainable. Wake up!

p.s- Its been a few years now. Any offers on this company yet? I don't think so!

What a f*cking Kool-Aid drinker you are. Seriously, do you believe the stuff you even typed about these other companies?

Yeah, some of them have problems, but S&N owns us, Mol reps are all hitting over 150% to plan, do you honestly think they only make 85k??? Go talk to them and you'll know the truth. A couple of the companies you mentioned have nearly zero turnover.

Wound care does suck though. Selling expensive band-aids isnt the best thing for a resume.

If this company can get through this year and actually make plan for a few straight years it may have a chance. The UK is tired of watching the US struggle and if this year does not go as plan shit could hit the fan.

Any idea how we are doing this first quarter? And I want facts not horseshit RSM answers. My division is doing ok but not blowing it out.

Here's a fact Systagenix:

The Girl Scouts are outselling you in the hospitals right now!

Thin Mint cookies in the lobby are driving more revenue than you!
Your company is PA-THET-IC.

WOCN's like cookies, and apparently hate Systagenix reps and their lame ass products.

Thats reality folks.

We have ZERO hospital business.

We are 150% to plan as a company.
